Suffering

Suffering and the way to escape from it is the very basic of buddhism.

Today, we have a situation in Ipoh where craving and attachment to the seat of power create suffering for fellow citizen in the future.

They even need to remove the speaker's chair from it's respectable podium.

25 years ago

About 25 years ago, I completed my college life and step into my 1st real job as a supervisor with a sub-contractor in PWTC site. TAR college Certificate in Technology basically prepare us to be a construction supervisor. That was in 1984.
Looking back, we are going into a job market that is entering a recession. My 1st recession. We didn't feel it then because as a new salary man, a pay of $500 is a lot of money. Very happy getting my 1st pay cheque, the best moment is getting my 1st bonus. Happy memories.
