Credit card

Hopefully the banks be helpful in absorbing the newly proposed government service tax.
read thestar:
Banks are likely to absorb the RM50 service tax on credit cards, considering that they already provide cardholders with rebates worth more than this

If not I gotta get ready to cut and cancel those cards next year. This 1Malaysia government doesn't seem to understand that credit card in many ways has becomes a necessity. It allows us to travel light and less cash in the pocket. Many purchases using credit card has added protection too.

what our government need to do is to educate the users on financial prudence and not acting like a leech to add onto the suffering of those already carrying the debts.

the truth is that nobody likes to have credit card debts as the interest rates is as much as those charged by Ah-long. Most of them have no options.

Dear Mike,

I cut mine or rather they cut it themselves years ago. Never reapply nor do I wanted to. Interest charges same as Ah Long like you said. Now I use Debit Card only.
